How to Order
Ordering is easy and safe on our secure website with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. If you would like to place an order online, just browse our site for items you would like to purchase. When you find an item you would like just click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item. When you are ready to checkout, just click the "Checkout" button near the upper right corner of every page. Orders usually ship within 72 hours of receipt.
If you prefer not to shop online, we welcome your order by phone or mail.
By Phone
Call Toll Free (800) 970-4220. Outside the U.S. call 828-675-5909. Please have item numbers, titles, and quantity for your selections.
By Fax
Orders can be faxed to us at 828-675-9687. Please have item numbers and method of payment indicated on the order.
By Mail
Print and fill out our order form and mail with your check or complete credit card information to:

Institutions
We can bill institutions for orders using an authorized Purchase Order. If you would like to be billed without a P.O., please call. Payment net 30 days.

Orders from outside the US
- Must be PREPAID – by credit card, check or money order drawn on US Funds on US accounts only.

We try to ship all orders within three working days. However, all items are subject to publisher delays, cancellations and price changes. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
For rush orders ( Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air UPS), or for any other special shipping requirements, please call us at 1-800-970-4220 to place your order and advise us of the date you need delivery.
Wholesale orders
Compassion Books welcomes orders from distibutors and books stores, with resale discounts up to 40%. Please note, however, that we can only give resale discounts on Compassion Press titles. To view these go to

Return/Refund Policy
We make every effort to help you find the appropriate resources for your needs. However, if you find that a book does not meet your needs, it can be returned for a refund. To return books, you must contact Compassion Books, Inc. within 30 days of the date on your invoice. We will accept returns of books if received in undamaged, re-saleable condition. We do not refund shipping or tax unless the problem is our fault, such as shipping you the wrong book.
Returns received in damaged condition will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Please note that DVDs and CDs are not returnable. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like to preview a copy before your final purchase.
